I wonder what difference it would make if we started to become more pro-health and less anti-sickness, if we didn’t wait until we were actually sick before seeking help, if instead of counting the cost of treatment, we placed more value on preventative measures? Some research sources state that 95% of today’s major health issues are lifestyle induced – this means they could have been prevented! We understand the concept of investing money for our long term wealth – but what about investing in our long term health?
